Dovetailing with Pop

 Pop brought some walnut boards out with him on a recent trip.  He used them
to teach me how to dovetail; here is what we made.

5 Months

DuPont State Forest

To kick-off the birthday month, we went hiking in DuPont State Park; west of Asheville, NC. Several films have been made in this area, including the Hunger Games. Afterwards, we hung out in Asheville and went to a restaurant called Tupelo Honey.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Camping with the Woodwards

Went camping over the weekend in Pisgah National Forest, near Cold Mountain.

JB is awfully sore now.
